Winter school - Innovation in traditional foods and beverages - Bertinoro CEUB - 18-22 November 2024

Dear All,

the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences (DISTAL), University of Bologna and the University Residential Centre (Ce.U.B.) organize the Winter School on “Innovation in traditional foods and beverages” which will be held in Bertinoro (CEUB) on 18-22 November, 2024.   

 

This PhD School is organized under the programme of the “The Emilia-Romagna Alliance for Education and Innovation in Food Systems” (FOODER).   

 

Attached you can find the final programme and applications are open until November 11th, 2024. 

 

The registration fee is of 250€ (VAT included) and it includes:   

·       Access to sessions

·       Participant materials

·       All meals and coffee breaks as per program

·       Social dinner (November 21)

·       Double Room Accommodation for 4 nights (from November 18 to November 22) to be shared with another participant.
